My Cat

This is my cat, Jasmine. She turns 10 next month. And yes, this is the cat that likes me. Although I have no idea why. I guess its because I feed her.

She's a pretty cool cat. Its the only cat that I have known that I knew both her parents. She has her mom's body and her dad's coloring.

My sister in law had both cats. When her female went into heat, she locked her up in her apartment. She also had a non neutered male cat in the apartment.

She was surprised when her female got pregnant!

Only two of the kittens survived, my wife (who is allergic to cats) said I could have one of them. And I picked Jasmine.

Presidential Happenings

November 26th was the last time I updated this blog? Wow. Some dedication there huh?

So our new President was sworn in. I didn't vote for him, but I will support him in the next four years. Basically I think that we should give him a chance to succeed. He is going to have a tough road to go. The economy is bad, and personally I think it will get worse before it gets better. A simple band aid will not work. There is no simple solution to the problem - IE "just do this and this, and we'll be fine."
